China Cross-Border Ecommerce Conference & Exhibition is one of the most prestigious e-commerce events in the Asia region. According to Forrester Research, China surpassed the U.S. to become the largest e-commerce market in the world in 2015. Now it accounts for 83 percent of all online retail sales in the Asia Pacific region. This year, the e-commerce market in China will reach $1.1 trillion, making it the world's first trillion-dollar e-commerce market.

Moreover, according to the China Ecommerce Association report, China's cross-border e-commerce is forecast to top more than nine trillion yuan ($1.3 trillion) in 2018. Shanghai-based Westwin, formerly known as Microsoft Online (MSN China), reported that 53 percent of cross-border consumers in China spent more than 10,000 yuan ($1,468) and 15 percent of them spent over 20,000 yuan ($2,936) during the past 12 months.
